Refund Policy
We want you to be pleased with your Judith M purchase and service. If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect, we will fix the situation. Please note, we do not accept returns on special orders, on cut materials (i.e. ribbon, horsehair, Sinamay, etc.), or on finished hats. Please contact us with any questions prior to your order if you are unsure about something.
How do I return items to you?
Please inform us immediately should any of our products arrive damaged or incorrect. We will replace any items damaged during the delivery process.
- If returning something because you received something that was incorrect , please return in an appropriate envelope or carton, wrapped or bagged to avoid damage to the item.
NOTE: Do not use newsprint to package a product for return. - We are unable to accept any returns that have been customer damaged or used. Returned items must be in originally received condition. We will not accept items for return that have been exposed to cigarette smoke or any other kind of smoke or heavy odors. If sent to us, they will be returned to you at your expense and a refund will not be given.
- Any refund due will be sent via the payment method used for the original purchase once we have received the returned item/s. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If the original payment was made by check you will receive a refund check or money order in the mail.
