Oval shaped sinamay hat base, hand woven and hand blocked in the Philippines. Heavily sized sinamay with a low molded crown and finished edge. The width of the brim is 18 inches (457.2mm) by 14 inches (355.6mm). This makes a great starter for a fascinator or hatinator.
